At A Fish Named Fred, we make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. Since we ship from two different warehouses, your order might arrive in two separate packages. No worries though – you’ll only be charged once for shipping (or not at all if your order qualifies for free shipping ).

Netherlands

• Free shipping on orders over €100

• For orders under €100, shipping is €4.95

Belgium, France, Germany & Luxembourg

• Free shipping on orders over €150

• For orders under €150, shipping is €6.95

Austria, Italy, Portugal & Spain

• Free shipping on orders over €250

• For orders under €250, shipping is €9.95

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and other EU countries

• Free shipping on orders over €300

• For orders under €300, shipping is €12.95

Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code. The order should arrive mostly within 2-4 business days.

Because we ship from two different warehouses, it’s possible that your order will arrive in two separate shipments.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will receive a tracking code when your package has left our warehouse. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item(s), you can return it/them within 30 days

Register return

Register on our portal

Select the items you want to return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, and choose your preferred return method or choose a replacement item.
An exchange for a different size is free of charge for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Pack

Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid carton box. Close the box securely, using sufficient tape.

Send

Take it to your preferred drop off point within 14 days or wait for your pick up.

Refund

As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 7 working days to the relevant bank or credit card company.

What is Fred's Return Policy?

Fred understands you want to try his colourful and original clothing.
This is why Fred offers a 30 day return policy, starting from the date you have received the order. All garments should be unworn and all tags should still be attached. Please send back the items in the original packaging.

Can I return a damaged garment?

Yes, we accept damaged garments within one month of purchase.

Do I have to pay for my own return?

Yes, unfortunately Fred can't provide this for you yet. 
You can return your order with the parcel service you like. 
When returning your order we will not refund your shipping costs.
However, if you choose to exchange your item(s), return shipping is free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

When will I receive my refund?

When Fred receives your return, he will check the package,
and the item(s) will be refunded within 7 working days.
