MEET INSPIRATIONS ARTIST Pablo Picasso

Picasso (1881–1973) was a co-founder of Cubism and one of the most influential artists of the 20th century.
What many people don’t know is that he created more than 20,000 works; ranging from paintings to ceramics and sketches.
His strength was not only in colour, but especially in line. With just a few seemingly simple contours, he could capture a face, emotion or form. That direct, recognizable line work became his signature.
You can see this influence reflected in three prints from the collection.
Shirt Picasso
The Shirt Picasso is inspired by his minimalist line studies. Subtle line-art details reference the strong contours he was known for.
Modern, artistic and easy to wear.
Available in off-white and light blue.
Print Cubist
This expressive print is clearly inspired by Picasso’s playful sketches and compositions. Abstract shapes, faces, eyes and graphic elements feel as if they came straight from an artist’s studio.
The result is lively, creative and unmistakably Fred.
Shirt linen Embroidery
The Linen Embroidery shirt translates the same graphic approach into refined embroidery.
The hand-drawn fish and clean lines give the shirt a creative twist without feeling busy.
Available in off-white and light blue.
