All of our orders are transported by DPD, DHL or UPS

At A fish named Fred, we make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. Since we ship from two different warehouses, your order might arrive in two separate packages. No worries though, you’ll only be charged once for shipping (or not at all if your order qualifies for free shipping ).

Netherlands

• Free shipping on orders over €100

• For orders under €100, shipping is €4.95

 

Belgium, France, Germany & Luxembourg

• Free shipping on orders over €150

• For orders under €150, shipping is €6.95

 

Austria, Italy, Portugal & Spain

• Free shipping on orders over €250

• For orders under €250, shipping is €9.95

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and other EU countries

• Free shipping on orders over €300

• For orders under €300, shipping is €12.95

Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code. The order should arrive mostly within 2-4 business days.

Because we ship from two different warehouses, it’s possible that your order will arrive in two separate shipments.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will receive a tracking code when your package has left our warehouse.
