How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will receive a tracking code when your package has left our warehouse.

Fred understands you want to try his colourful and original clothing.
This is why Fred offers a 14 day return policy, starting from the date you have received the order. All garments should be unworn and all tags should still be attached. Please send back the items in the original packaging.
Yes, we accept damaged garments within one month of purchase.
Yes, unfortunately Fred can't provide this for you yet.
You can return your order with the parcel service you like.
When returning your order we will not refund your shipping costs.
When Fred receives your return, he will check the package,
and the item(s) will be refunded within two working days.
